  • When you’re signed in to your account, you’ll be able to see your available balance. We’ll automatically use your BAM Credit balance for your order unless you choose the option to save it for another time.

  • BAM credit cannot be exchanged for cash, gift vouchers or alternative reward. It has no cash value.
  • BAM Credit can only be redeemed online at bambooclothing.co.uk or over the phone by calling (0)1752 581 458.
  • BAM Credit can be used on all purchases, including sale items except gift vouchers.
  • In the case of returns, items paid with BAM Credit will be refunded with BAM Credit. The expiry date of your BAM Credit will be set to 6 months from the date of refund.
  • Account owners only (not applicable to guest checkouts, and not retrospective).
  • BAM Credit issued as part of an account creation or refund expires after 6 months of being issued unless there is a positive action on your account which will then extend the period back up to 6 months. The expiry date of your BAM Credit can be seen in your account.
  • A positive event is placing an order, referring a friend, or returning or exchanging an item, in the last 6 months.
  • Credit can be awarded as part of a promotion and will include a shorter expiry. birthday and manual promotions within 1 month.
  • When the balance of your order is more than your BAM Credit balance, the remaining balance will need to be paid via other payment methods.
  • When applying BAM Credit to an order where the subtotal is less than the credit balance, the subtotal will be removed from your BAM Credit balance and the remaining balance will remain on your account.
  • UK customers only.
  • We reserve the right, at our absolute discretion, to expire or revoke credit, or to temporarily remove the ability to redeem credit on our site.
  • BAM reserves the right to remove BAM Credit from customer accounts in cases of misuse and fraud.
  • If you ask for your account to be closed any remaining balance will be removed and will not be transferred to any new account.

Can I save up my Robumi points?

Yes. You can save up to S$‌NaN inBAM Creditbut your Credit does expire after 6 months. If you want to save rather than spend your credit, you can tick that option when checking out. Please see our full T&Cs above for more information

When does Robumi points expire?

BAM Creditexpires after 6 months for a refund or account opening. Unless there is a positive action on your account. A positive action includes placing an order, referring a friend, returning or exchanging an item in the last 6 months. Promotions such as a birthday or manual credit expire after one month

Can I use my Robumi points and a discount code together?

Yes, you can combine a credit with a discount code. The discount is deducted first and then yourBAM Creditcan be used on the balance.

How soon can I use my Robumi points?

BAM Creditcan be used as soon as the credit appears in your account. This is usually within the hour but can take up to 24 hours to appear. Please refresh and check back if you are expecting credit to appear.
