Product warranty
To ensure your satisfaction about product quality, our quality warranty covers any manufacturing defects or faults that may arise after your purchase within 6 months of purchase.
Should you encounter any issues with the quality of any product, please contact our customer support team. We will be happy to assist you and provide a suitable solution, which may include a replacement or in-store credit.
Please note that our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by improper use or care, or any alterations made to the product by the customer.
Returns Policy
If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with any purchase, you may return the item within 14-days of purchase, provided that it is in its original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached. Please contact our customer support team to initiate the return process.
Please note that any shipping fees associated with the return will be the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or error on our part.
Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or in-store credit.
