As we all come in different shapes and sizes, it is important to note that bamboo always falls a bit smaller then other fabrics like cotton or polyester. If you are on the border between sizes, we suggest sizing up.

Bamboo fabric is a natural textile made from the pulp of bamboo. The bamboo fiber is then made by pulping the bamboo until it separates into thin threads of fiber, which is then spun and dyed for weaving into cloth.

Should there be any faulty item in your order, please let us know within 14 days of receiving the goods by sending an email to info@robumi.com with your order number.

Yes, just like cotton towel they can be washed with either cold or warm water on max 40 degrees celcius. Tumble dry on low heat.

Bamboo towels can be tumble dried on low heat or hang dry outside.

It is not necessary and not recommended to use softeners on any bamboo towels as the towels become naturally softer after use.

We recommend using natural detergents only.

We offer free island wide shipping in Singapore on all products above SGD100.
Orders below SGD100 are charged a flat fee of SGD10.
Delivery of the order is estimated within 3-5 working days, depending on the brand and country the order is being shipped from. As to be as sustainable as possible, we don't excersise express orders.

Once an order is placed you will receive an email confirmation. Once your order is processed, you will receive an email with a tracking number for your order.

If you wish for any reason to change or cancel your order, please contact info@robumi.com with your request. Robumi does not guarantee a change or cancelation can be made following the order confirmation but we'll do our best and keep you informed on the status.

Any orders can be returned within 15 days of purchasing, if product is intact, in original packaging and unused. Please contact info@robumi.com to process your return and further details.

International returns
For overseas customers, for any faulty items or which you would like to return or exchange, please send an email to info@robumi.com to discuss the possibilities. Due to the higher shipping fees, we would likely issue a store credit or exchange item.
Refunds
After receiving the return, will provide a refund within 3 working days after asessing the state of the returned items. However, bank providers may take 3 to 10 business days to process the refund into the original mode of payment.
We also offer store credits that can be redeemed immediately upon return. So feel free to choose your refund process.

Yes, you can. We want you to have complete satisfaction when shopping with us. Following our returns and exchange policy we allow for returns on most items with the exception of underwear and socks, within 14 days of receiving the goods.
